Maryland Wear & Carry Permit (HGP) Course
The Maryland Wear & Carry Permit course is a comprehensive training program designed to meet and exceed the requirements set by the Maryland State Police for obtaining a Handgun Permit (HGP). Family Fire Safety Course - $65
1 adults children can sign up for this course. All parties will learn proper firearm handling, storage, and legal vs ethical discernment.
Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) Course
The Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) course is designed to fulfill the training requirement mandated by the Maryland State Police in order to legally purchase, rent, or receive a handgun in the state of Maryland.
This course provides a strong foundation in firearm safety, handling, and state regulations. Students will learn essential safety principles, proper storage practices, and the responsibilities that come with firearm ownership. A live-fire component is included to ensure students demonstrate safe firearm operation.
This is an ideal entry-level course for new firearm owners and those beginning their journey into responsible gun ownership.

Home Defense Planning - $65
In this course you will go more in depth on actual home defense planning, legal limits in the use of force, preventative measures, and dealing with first responders and counsel if a situation arises.
●We offer an in depth in-home defense planning to asses your homes security level, make positive recommendations on improvement, identify central safe points and practical weapon storage solutions. Price will vary depending on Home and Family size.
Basic Pistol Training- $120
(Not a MDSP licensing/ certified course)
The 5 hour Basic Pistol Training course provides a solid foundation in handgun safety, operation, and marksmanship. Students learn proper grip, stance, sight alignment, trigger control, and safe loading and unloading procedures in a structured, supportive environment. This course is ideal for new shooters or those seeking to reinforce core skills and responsible firearm handling.
3 hour in classroom 1 hour at range.
100 rounds of ammunition will be needed.
Firearm Field Stripping and Clean - $90
*course comes with universal pistol cleaning kit
In this 4 hour course you will learn vital skills on how to efficiently and effectively field strip, clean and reassemble your pistol(s) the correct way. Proper firearm maintenance is key to longevity. Must have your own Pistol available for class, empty and free of any live ammunition. Striker-fired and Hammer-fired pistols are allowed
